Mr. Ng has over 17 years of fixed income/credit investment experience in Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Mainland China, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with over USD 1 billion of debt and equity capital over property investment, development project, pre-IPO investment, bridge loan, mezzanine debt and distressed asset, non-performing loan, and asset portfolio acquisitions.
Prior to founding PACM, Mr. Ng served as the Asia Credit Opportunities Fund Portfolio Manager at an international hedge fund with over USD 1 billion AUM, Vice President & Deputy Portfolio Manager at Tianli Financial Holdings, Vice President at Softbank Investment, Assistant Vice President at Syz Asset Management, Associate at JPMorgan Asset Management, and Associate with Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies Division at UBS AG Hong Kong.
Mr. Ng obtained his Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Hong Kong and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Airport Management and Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from the University of North Dakota in the United States. Mr. Ng is a Fellow Certified Management Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Mr. Guan first worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Hong Kong and has worked on various teams including financial due diligence, financial auditing and anti-money laundering for over five years. He later served as Vice President of Investec’s principal investment team, participating in a number of private credit deals and private equity investments.
Mr. Guan actively invests in real estate and early-stage companies. His recent investments include an Australian consumer finance technology company and an Asia’s leading online logistics platform. Additionally, he holds an investor role and serves as a board director of a leading online supply chain financing company in Hong Kong.
Mr. Guan obtained his Bachelor of Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University at Lexington, Virginia. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Cheng is responsible for leading PACM’s investment activities and manages the relationships with our capital partners.
Mr. Cheng has a decade of alternative investments experience with the last post as Executive Director and Head of the Alternative Investments Division at China Huarong Macau (HK) Investment Holdings. Prior to joining PACM, Mr. Cheng was an Associate at China Huarong International Holdings, a Senior Officer at China Minsheng Banking Corporation overlooking the Special Assets Management Division, and an Associate in Everflow Capital Holdings.
Mr. Cheng obtained his Master of Finance from the University of Hong Kong, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California San Diego in the United States.
Mr. Li is currently the Head of Legal and Managing Director at PACM and responsible for the legal affairs of the Group.
Mr. Li was a counsel at international law firm Bird & Bird. During his seven-plus years at Bird & Bird, he was involved in a broad range of corporate finance work including initial public offerings and public company takeovers. After an IPO or takeover, he continued to advise clients on secondary debt and equity issues, Listing Rules compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory investigations.
Mr. Li was qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2009 and in England & Wales in 2012. Prior to Bird & Bird, he was an associate at international law firm King & Wood Mallesons. Throughout his career, he also advised clients on a number of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, and on various equity or debt financing transactions.
Mr. Li obtained his Bachelor of Laws and PCLL at The University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Li is responsible for leading PACM’s Real Estate Private Equity investment activities.
Mr. Li has over a decade of alternative investments and real estate experience with his last post as Executive Director at China Huarong Macau (HK) Investment Holdings. Prior to joining PACM, Mr. Li was the Deputy Director of China Ping An Trust Co., Ltd. and Oversea Investment Manager of Country Garden Holdings Company Limited.
Mr. Li obtained his Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Hong Kong, Master of Science in International Real Estate Development from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Master of Commerce in Quantitative Finance from the University of Sydney, and Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Auckland.
Ms. Chan has over eight years of extensive experience in middle and back office functionsincluding fund operations and fund administration. Prior to joining PACM, she was Head of Operations at Jinghui Capital and was responsible for overseeing the middle and back office functions. Prior to Jinghui, she worked at Tianli Financial Limited as Operations Manager and Ethan Capital Management as Operations Analyst.
Ms. Chan started her career as an accountant with Mazars Hong Kong and served clients ranging from SMEs to listed companies in Hong Kong, the PRC and other various regions which involved in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing and trading and licensed corporation etc.
Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor of BBA (Hons) Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a Certified Public Accountant of HKICPA.
Ms. Lee is a Responsible Officer and is responsible for managing PACM’s strategic partner relationships.
Ms. Lee has over 10 years of experience in equity fund and private equity across Asia Pacific. Before joining PACM, she was Vice President at an international private equity fund, primarily overseeing real estate projects in China, Australia, the US and the UK with a total AUM around USD 1B. Prior to that, she served as an investment manager at a HK listed company, responsible for managing real estate projects in HK and the UK and an equity portfolio in HK.
Ms. Lee obtained her Master of Science in Investment and Financial Management and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hertfordshire.
Mr. Lee leads PACM’s private credit investment and capital management activities in Canada, providing guidance and management in this role.
Before joining PACM, Mr. Lee held positions at China Vered Financial Holding Corporation Limited (“CVFH”), where he served as the Executive Director and Head of Dealing. He also held SFC Licenses for Type 1 and 2 regulated activities. Additionally, he worked as an execution trader at Barclays Capital Asia Limited, where he assisted various hedge fund clients.
Mr. Lee’s graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Kang brings extensive expertise in investment strategies, stakeholder management, and operations across finance, real estate, and corporate sectors. His experience spans large-scale developments, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, and advisory services for over 100 Korean companies in capital raising, restructuring, and strategic transactions.
Before his current role, Mr. Kang held senior positions in real estate development, including luxury residential projects in Seoul’s Cheongdam-dong and the Kempinski Hotel Busan. He oversaw project structuring, domestic and cross-border financing, investor relations, and overall management. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Investment Officer at a Korean venture capital firm, managing government-linked funds and investing in technology and content sectors. He also held foundational roles at investment banks and securities firms, focusing on M&A, global capital markets, and structured finance.
Mr. Kang earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and completed graduate studies in Finance, both from Seoul National University.
