Hubert Tam
Managing Director, Head of Capital Management
Mr. Tam leads PACM’s capital management initiatives, including capital distribution, capital calls, liquidity forecasting, deployment optimization, and investor relations. He oversees communication with limited partners, builds relationships with family offices and institutional investors, and drives enhancements to performance reporting and compliance disclosure frameworks.
With over 20 years of real estate investment experience across Hong Kong, the United States, and the United Kingdom, Mr. Tam has a proven track record in managing client relationships in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, and other key markets. Prior to joining PACM, he served as Director at Huthart Group and held roles as Analyst at JP Morgan Chase and Galaxy Asset Management.
Mr. Tam earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
