Riko Tago

Ms. Tago is currently the Head of Japan for PACM, responsible for overall business development and investment management activities in the Japanese market. She has over 15 years of experience supporting Japanese corporate clients and global financial institutions through complex regulatory and onboarding requirements.

Ms. Tago has led the onboarding and ongoing management of Japanese corporate clients, ensuring efficient execution while meeting stringent local regulatory standards and global governance expectations. She has played a direct role in regulatory inspections and supervisory reviews in Japan, strengthening governance and risk management frameworks that support stable client relationships.

Prior to joining PACM, she served as Head of Japan KYC at Société Générale and previously held roles at JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley across Asia, the United States, and Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Keio University and is licensed as a Securities Sales Representative in Japan.
